Delivery

Delivery of your exciting new product is done with great care here at Lacholvr Sports International.

For your convenience, Lacholvr Sports International deliver express courier within Australia. More importantly, any consolidated single purchase transaction over $150 Australian Dollars will receive free delivery in Australia.

Lacholvr Sports International will make their best efforts to deliver products within 3 working days to the address specified by you during the purchase process. Depending on your location and the time your order comes in, the product may even be delivered to you within 24-hours. Please note that the address you provide during the purchase order process must be correct, in full and must be a valid address with vehicular and personnel access for the courier companies.

Upon completion of your purchase, our team will organise for your product to be dispatched by express courier service. Lacholvr Sports International will notify you when your product is dispatched via email address provided during the purchase process.

Signature will be required upon delivery, so please have someone at the delivery address to take receipt of your product/s. However, if you’re not home when the product/s are delivered, the courier will leave a card advising you that an attempt had been made to deliver your product. The courier will leave your new product at a nominated pick up location. You will find information about the pick up location on the card left by the courier.

We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. In the unlikely event that an ordered item isn't available or we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.

Delivery to Australia

Our standard shipping charges are $9.90 inclusive of GST for parcel 3kg or less, but FREE for all orders over $150 in one single transaction.

Delivery to New Zealand

In case you are ordering Lacholvr garment products from New Zealand, it costs an extra $20 AUD for the delivery of up to two items. If you purchase more than two items the shipping cost will be recalculated and adjusted downwards.

Exchange & Returns

From time to time, you may purchase a product that doesn't fully satisfy your requirements or simply doesn't fit quite right.

To provide you with an exceptional shopping experience, Lacholvr Sports International offers a 14-day Exchange & Return Policy.

This means that you can exchange or return your product within 14-days of purchase and receive an exchange or full refund. Note that exchange strictly apply to same model/series item of equal value. Should the exchanged item differ from original due to different series or size variation, Lacholvr Sports International will refund or charge the difference before final acceptance and dispatch of exchange item or refund.

To return your product and obtain an exchange or a refund, please follow these simple steps:

1. Please email admin@lacholvr.com.au indicating the reason for your exchange/return. We will then reply with an RA# and return address. Please include the RA# you are given in a note with your returned goods.

2. Place the Lacholvr product(s) you wish to exchange/return in the original packaging they arrived in and place inside an Australia Post satchel (if a refund is sought, the cost of this will be refunded with your original purchase price) . Please note that the products must be in undamaged condition for you to be able to exchange/return it. All tags and original package must remain on item without removal and the item must not be worn or used. 

Please note that for any items, if the Lacholvr tag is removed, this will mean your purchase is no longer returnable for ANY reason, so please only remove this once you’re sure the love is real and everlasting and you want to keep your purchase!

3. Once we receive your item(s), we’ll send you an email informing you they have arrived safely at our warehouse. Our Returns Team will then inspect all returns within 2 business days to ensure they are in undamaged condition.

4. Our Returns Team will then pass on details for all customer exchange/refunds to be processed as soon as possible, however, please allow an extra 2-10 days for the refund to appear on your credit card account to allow for bank processing.

On rare occasions, we may decline to offer an exchange/refund, even if it's within the returns window. 

All products must be returned unmarked, without signs of wear and/or tear AND in their original, undamaged packaging with all tags attached and in tact.

If this is not the case, we'll advise you that an exchange/refund has been declined and we'll return the product to you.

If you have misplaced your returns slip, please drop us an email and we'll send you one immediately, along with a return authorisation number.
